Bitron Metal Treatment


Since 1993 I have used these engine and running gear products and am so convinced of the benefits of Bitron that I became a distributor in Newcastle for these Products in that year. This is not just another additive to oil or fuel but a metal treatment that holds normal oils on the hot spots to provide superior lubrication under high heat and heavy loads. Our experience over 32 years has shown all Bitronised vehicles have an improvement in power and reduction in wear and tear.

This additive operates under extreme conditions better than a mink coat in the middle of winter. The various products provide an improved lubricity of the base oil you service your vehicle with. The engine oil additive is originally added to an engine oil at 10% of the capacity of the sump at a service after the engine has been run in. After the intial treatment, at the next service per your logbook, the additive EP20 is also added but at a reduced amount of 5% of the capacity. I have extended my vehicles service periods from 15,000km on a normal combustion engine to 20,000km and a diesel engine from 5,000km to 10,000km because the friction relieved by Bitron product has proven to be capable of sustaining the engines for longer service periods over more than 275,000km and still performing like new.

Gearbox, power steering, differentials should be similarly dosed at 10% of capacity with EP40  and only needed once in the normal lifetime of the vehicle unless you wish to change those oils say after 100,000km or more, where you redose at 5%. Large heavy duty trucks, prime movers and the like should also consider using a fuel additive at 1% known as Bitron D110

Lubrication in the diesel fuel is very low; the initial fuel treatment to be 4 ml Bi-tron D110 per Litre Fuel for the first 2 Tanks in Small tanks to help to condition the fuel & put the lubrication back into the fuel. You should change the fuel filter/s after burning about 500 L of Fuel in Large Tanks & after burning 2 to 3 Tanks on Small Tanks, when you first start using the Bi-tron.

Continued treatments of the Fuels with Bi-tron D110 at 2mls. Bi-tron to 1 L Fuel (small tanks) & 2 L Bi-tron to 1000 L Fuel (larger tanks). Bi-tron Fuel Treatments maintains the fuel to “Premium Fuel Condition” for maximum bur n, and a possible 90% reduction in Exhaust Pollution Emissions.

Bi-tron Fuel Treatments are the only Products which will lubricate the Top End of the Engine (Top Piston Ring: Cylinder Walls and Valves). Bi-tron will work under the extreme heat and pressure of the combustion chamber.
